{"id":6726,"date":"2020-02-18T01:33:38","date_gmt":"2020-02-17T18:33:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/testdrive.kalimah.my.id\/?p=6726"},"modified":"2020-02-18T01:33:38","modified_gmt":"2020-02-17T18:33:38","slug":"career-day-2020-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lpkia.ac.id\/?p=6726","title":{"rendered":"Career Day 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Career Day 2020 &#8211; Sebagai <strong><em>usaha nyata Institusi untuk mewujudkan semboyannya, yaitu \u201cLulusan Mudah Bekerja\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> LPKIA sejak tahun 1998 telah mengaktifkan Bursa Tenaga Kerja (BTK), yang berfungsi untuk \u201cmenjembatani\u201d kebutuhan perusahaan akan tenaga kerja terampil siap pakai dan kebutuhan alumni untuk memperoleh pekerjaan yang tepat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ternyata sambutan dunia usaha terhadap BTK \u2013 LPKIA sangat luar biasa. Bukti konkrit adalah permintaan tenaga kerja lulusan LPKIA yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Tercatat <strong><em>pemohon tenaga kerja lulusan LPKIA mencapai lebih dari <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>100 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>perusahaan setiap bulannya<\/em><\/strong>. Bahkan <strong><em>jumlah lowongan yang ditawarkan mencapai lebih dari 1<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>50 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>posisi\/bulan.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<blockquote>\n<p>Tercatat <strong><em>pemohon tenaga kerja lulusan LPKIA mencapai lebih dari <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>100 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>perusahaan setiap bulannya<\/em><\/strong>. Bahkan <strong><em>jumlah lowongan yang ditawarkan mencapai lebih dari 1<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>50 <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>posisi\/bulan.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong><em>Kualifikasi perusahaan pemohon<\/em><\/strong> tenaga kerja yang masuk ke BTK bukan hanya dari kalangan <strong><em>perusahaan swasta nasional<\/em><\/strong> saja,seperti : PT. Indofood, PT. Fastrata Buana (Kopi Kapal Api Group), Yogya Group,Indomart Group, PT. Daya Adicipta Mustika (dealer Honda terbesar di Jawa Barat), PT Sanbe Farma, Otto Pharmaceutical Industries, PT Pharos, PT Mayora, Adira Finance, dll ; tetapi juga dari <strong><em>PNS<\/em><\/strong> seperti Perkebunan, Kepolisian, Angkatan Darat, Pendidikan, Keuangan, dll. Dari <strong><em>BUMN<\/em><\/strong> seperti : PT. GIA, PT INTI, PT. Telkom, PT. LEN, PT Dirgantara &nbsp;Indonesia, dll. Dari <strong><em>Perbankan,<\/em><\/strong> seperti : Bank Mandiri, Bank BCA, Bank CIMB Niaga, Bank OCBC NISP, Bank BTPN, Bank Jabar Banten, Bank Danamon, BPR KS, dll. Dari <strong><em>perguruan tinggi lain<\/em><\/strong>, seperti :ITB, Unpar, Unpad, dll. Dari kalangan <strong><em>industri tekstil\/garment<\/em><\/strong> : PT. Yuntex,PT. Metro Garment, PT. Delami, PT Gistex Nisshinbo Indonesia, PT Hakatex, dll.Secara nyata menunjukan kepercayaan masyarakat kalangan dunia usaha yang semakin besar pada LPKIA.<\/p>\n<p>[gdlr_core_space
